A Family Run Business since 2005. The Managing Director grew up in Llandudno, attended the Local High School and College before venturing into care in 1996.
Noel Williams – Managing Director
Noel is the Managing Director of Calon Lan and his main responsibilities are Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Strategy. Noel has worked in social care since 1996, beginning his career as a Care Assistant with Conwy Social Services and steadily worked his way up to national care provider.
In 2019 Noel secured the ‘Investors in People Gold’ status for his group for the second time. Noel holds the QCF Level 5 diploma in leadership in health and social care, PGCert in Professional Education and PGDip in Professional Studies. Noel is currently studying for an MSc. in Health and Social Care at Chester University.
Hanna Williams – Finance Director
Hanna is the Finance Director of Calon Lan, her main operational roles are dealing with all financial matters, including business planning.
Hanna has two Masters degrees (MA and MSc.) in criminology and sociology and is also a qualified accountant, having achieved AAT level 4 Diploma in Accounting and the ACCA. Hanna also holds the QCF Level 5 diploma in leadership in health and social care.
Bekkie Jones – Registered Manager
Bekkie has been with Calon Lan since 2014 and has worked her way up through various roles, including; Care Worker, Supervisor, Assistant Manager and is now the Registered Manager for the Organisation.
Bekkie holds the QCF Level 5 diploma for Leadership In Health and Social Care
